Responsible Use

Zantasy technology is developed for authorised government, allied defence and approved industry partners only. Engagement, supply and support are subject to customer approval processes, and we decline work that falls outside these criteria.

Consequential defensive decisions remain within the authorised command chain. Our systems are designed to recognise uncertainty, degrade into authorised behaviours and present confidence clearly to operators — supporting human decision-making rather than replacing it. This principle is built into products such as Sentinel (“human authority by design”) and reflected across the resilience stack.

Deployment of Zantasy technology must comply with applicable law and with the rules and authorisations of the programme under which it is used, including programme rules of engagement. Lawfulness of use is a programme responsibility that our engineering is designed to support.

Assurance requirements are agreed per programme. Depending on the programme, these may include:

• –defined operating domains and authorised behaviours;
• –test, evaluation and evidence requirements;
• –configuration management and change control;
• –cybersecurity and accreditation expectations.
