Company
Zantasy is a UK defence-technology company developing assured navigation, mission integration and autonomy assurance for degraded and contested environments.
01 — Our mission
02 — What we build
What we build.
We develop software, edge systems, retrofit kits and test tools that connect existing platforms to a common resilience architecture.
Our focus is not a single proprietary vehicle. It is the layer that helps land, air and maritime systems understand uncertainty, move into an authorised behaviour and produce evidence that programme teams can assess.
03 — Experience
Engineering grounded in real vehicle integration.
The founding team combines experience in computer vision, autonomous driving, vehicle control, mechanical systems, robotics integration, simulation, data analysis and commercial product development.
This practical background shapes a retrofit-first approach: understand the platform, define the operating domain, design the safety controls, integrate in stages and test every assumption.
Founder
Tony Ho — Founder
Entrepreneur · Autonomy engineer
Tony Ho is an entrepreneur and autonomy engineer with more than two decades of experience developing and commercialising technology products. His work spans computer vision, autonomous-driving algorithms, mechanical and vehicle systems, robotics integration, software platforms and field data analysis.
He founded Zantasy to apply an integration-first and evidence-led approach to defence autonomy: build systems that recognise uncertainty, retain human responsibility and can be tested against the conditions they are expected to face.
04 — Independence and location
An independent UK company.
Zantasy Defence Systems is based in the United Kingdom.
Tony Ho founded both Osmosis AI and Zantasy Defence Systems. Zantasy operates as an independent company with its own intellectual property, programmes and governance, separate from Osmosis AI.
“Zantasy Defence Systems” is the trading name of [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME].
05 — Our principles
Our principles.
01
Mission before theatre
Build useful capability, not technology demonstrations designed only for a show floor.
02
Evidence before claims
Measure performance and operating limits before describing readiness.
03
Open integration
Work with existing platforms and qualified technology partners.
04
Human authority
Keep consequential decisions within the authorised command chain.
05
Secure delivery
Treat cybersecurity, export control and configuration management as engineering requirements.
06
Allied purpose
Support the defence and resilience of the United Kingdom and approved partner nations.
06 — Partnerships
Built through partnership.
We work with defence users, primes, platform OEMs, research institutions, test facilities and specialist sensor providers.
Partnership models include platform integration, joint demonstrators, test and evaluation, funded research, licensing and programme-specific development.
