How to read the maturity labels.

Every Zantasy programme carries a public status label. The labels sit on a single maturity scale, stated plainly so that no programme appears more mature than it is.

Concept definition and feasibility work; no integrated system exists yet.

Prototype
Software or hardware running in development environments against representative inputs.

Demonstrator
An integrated system demonstrated on physical hardware under controlled conditions.

Partner integration
Integration onto a partner's platform, sensor set or airframe under a joint programme.

Engagement available
A defined service that customers can engage now, under a controlled scope.

Operational
Fielded in live operations.

“Operational” is not claimed by any Zantasy programme. It would require verified deployment evidence, published only when that evidence exists.
